This class is designed specifically for dancers looking to build strength, improve flexibility, and develop strong, resilient feet for better performance and injury prevention.
Through a combination of targeted strength training, controlled mobility work, and foot/ankle conditioning, dancers will learn how to safely increase range of motion while maintaining the stability and control needed for dance.
This class focuses on:

Lower body strength and power for jumps and turns

Active flexibility (not just passive stretching)

Foot and ankle strength for pointe, jumps, and landings

Alignment, control, and injury prevention

This class is designed to help dancers break down and refine the technique behind jumps and turns in a focused, supportive environment.
Dancers will work on proper alignment, timing, and coordination while learning how to execute skills with greater control and consistency.
Each class includes detailed breakdowns of technique, along with progressions and creative variations to challenge and develop each dancer’s ability.
